Join Our Team as a Senior Accountant
Innovative Tashgeel Operations & Maintenance Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support our Finance function. Founded in 2025, we specialize in operating and maintaining large-scale water infrastructure, including the seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant in Jafurah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review daily accounting entries (double entries) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure all payment vouchers come with required documentation, approvals, and budget checks.
  • Oversee payroll processing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Review VAT returns for timely submission in accordance with ZATCA requirements.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in compiling financial data for reporting.
  • Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferred professional qualification (SOCPA / ACCA / CA / CPA).
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit or accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
