About the Administrative Assistant Role

This full-time position is based in Buraydah, Al-Qassim, supporting a direct manager with essential administrative duties to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations. The role requires minimal to no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their administrative careers.

Core Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks critical to efficient office functioning. This includes:

  • Following up on administrative decisions issued by the direct manager.
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic.
  • Responding to emails in accordance with the direct manager's instructions.
  • Handling printing tasks, answering phone inquiries, and managing incoming calls.
  • Organizing and maintaining all related files and records.
  • Ensuring efficient filing of transactions and maintaining an organized system for easy information retrieval.

Meeting Coordination and Documentation

A key aspect of this role involves supporting meeting processes. Specific duties include:

  • Coordinating and organizing meetings for the direct manager.
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings for the broader organizational unit's staff.
  • Participating in scheduled meetings.
  • Documenting and recording meeting minutes accurately.
  • Printing and distributing meeting minutes relevant to the direct manager to all participating parties.

Qualifications and Experience

This position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary requirement is the ability to effectively support administrative functions and manage daily operational tasks.
