About the Role:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring they receive exceptional service and assistance. You will help maintain the smooth running of our fitness center and contribute to an inviting atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly manner.
• Manage phone calls and handle inquiries effectively.
• Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Provide information about membership options and services.
• Handle administrative tasks related to member registrations and accounts.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a passion for fitness and wellness. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• خدمة العملاء، مكتب الاستقبال، جدولة الزيارات، الرد على المكالمات الواردة، التواصل عبر الهاتف، والرد على استفسارات العملاء.
