Join RKKB as a Sales Manager for Ductwork & HVAC Systems!

About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will take charge of the sales pipeline for large-scale ductwork and HVAC projects. Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, secure major contracts, and elevate RKKB's reputation in the market.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue large project opportunities in residential, commercial, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, project managers, real estate developers, and engineering consultants.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and handover.
  • Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals for ductwork and HVAC systems.
  • Track tenders, submit pre-qualification files, and represent RKKB in bids.
  • Manage and develop a small sales team, setting targets and conducting weekly reviews.
  • Report on pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC/ductwork sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network among MEP contractors, developers, and consultants in Riyadh and KSA.
  • Solid technical understanding of ductwork systems; familiarity with SMACNA/ASHRAE standards is a plus.
  • Experience with VRF, central, and split AC systems.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the confidence to engage decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business (engineering preferred).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
