About the Role

Be Construction is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with a strong background in project management within the architectural field, particularly in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute architectural projects, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee on-site implementation, quality control, and timeline management.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, structural, and electromechanical (MEP) disciplines.
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical specifications, coordinating with consultants and clients.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, making informed decisions to maintain project progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in project management and execution.
• Demonstrated experience with a proven track record in hospital and healthcare facility projects.
• Proficiency in managing work teams and coordinating across architectural, structural, and MEP specializations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

This position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
