The Barista Role

This is a full-time, on-site Barista position based at FIKA Cafe in Dammam, Eastern Region. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, handling basic food preparation, and ensuring that all items meet the cafe’s quality standards. This role involves direct interaction with guests, providing friendly and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Handle payments and manage transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall cafe operations.
• Greet guests, answer menu-related questions, and provide customer service.
