We are looking for an experienced person in data management and communications to ensure accuracy and efficiency in collection operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and sending periodic payment reminder campaigns.
  • Managing campaigns for Nami and Mobily contracts.
  • Preparing and sending email campaigns.
  • Implementing communication campaigns via WhatsApp and SMS.
  • Continuously tracking invoices and payment cases.
  • Preparing settlement reports and submitting them to the accounts department.
  • Regularly sending Nami data and clients.
  • Coordinating and communicating with the IT department.

Qualifications:
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in preparing reports and financial follow-up.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs, especially Excel and email.
  • Ability to work with multiple communication channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
  • Flexibility and quick learning.
  • Commitment to regular follow-up and ability to handle work pressure.
