We are looking for a precise person with strong organizational skills to join our team in Dammam. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and sending periodic payment reminder campaigns.
  • Managing campaigns related to Nami and Mobily contracts.
  • Preparing and sending email campaigns.
  • Implementing communication campaigns via WhatsApp and SMS.
  • Continuously following up on invoices and payment cases.
  • Preparing payment reports and submitting them to the accounts department.
  • Sending Nami data and clients periodically and regularly.
  • Coordinating and communicating with the IT department regarding call center systems and any related operational requirements.

Required specifications and skills:
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in report preparation and financial follow-up.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, especially Excel and email.
  • Ability to work with multiple communication channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
  • Flexibility and quick learning and handling of different systems.
  • Commitment to regular follow-up and ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CTP or CFA are preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and treasury automation.
