We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support our operations in Dammam. This role is essential in ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in financial institutions or large companies.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and organizational support to the Chairman by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring the efficient execution of office operations.

Responsibilities:
