Job Title: Accounts Writer

Job Description:

We are looking for Accounts Writer to join our team, working on recording and entering daily financial transactions and accurately maintaining accounting records, as well as ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Entering daily entries into the accounting system.
• Preparing and reviewing payment vouchers, entries, and invoices.
• Organizing and archiving financial documents.
• Following up on accounts receivable and payable as instructed.
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Some experience or internship in accounting (beginner - intermediate level).
• Proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office programs (Excel in particular).
• Commitment and accuracy at work.
• Intermediate level English language skills.

Job Details:

• Working hours: 8 hours daily (from 8 AM to 4 PM).
• Working days: from Sunday to Thursday.

• Manage the procurement documentation cycle and oversee the closing of purchase orders.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory.
• Handle petty cash settlements and prepare VAT reports.
• Prepare monthly payroll and financial statements, along with year-end reconciliations.
• Oversee bank transfers and prepare monthly financial reports.

• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
