We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our accounts payable function. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial control and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounts payable team.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices for proper documentation and authorization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments.
  • Monitor aging reports to maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Receiving departments on purchase orders and invoice issues.
  • Conduct month-end close activities related to accounts payable.
  • Prepare insightful AP-related reports and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements with accurate AP data.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CMA certification is a plus.
  • 510 years of progressive experience in accounting, with 23 years in a supervisory role in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor management.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
