Join Our Finance Team as an Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance Department in Dammam. As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Chief Accountant and Finance Manager in implementing accounting processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accounting entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure timely and accurate payroll data.
• Review client invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a corporate or service environment).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A valid SOCPA membership is required.

Role Overview
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing financial records, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring adherence to accounting regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensure transactions are recorded in the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables and prepare AR & AP aging reports.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial ledgers.
• Prepare monthly VAT reports.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 8 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software (*, INFOR, or similar).
