About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and financial operations, VAT compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with Saudi financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Handle Saudi VAT compliance, invoicing, and related documentation
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and records
  • Assist in audits, financial reviews, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
  • Ensure timely submission of financial and statutory reports

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Saudi accounts (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Saudi VAT laws and financial documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
