Ram Arbia For General Contracting is seeking a dedicated معقب (Government Relations Officer) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position crucial for managing the company's interactions and transactions with various government entities.

Role Summary

The Government Relations Officer will be responsible for overseeing and completing all government-related procedures and transactions for the company and its employees. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian government platforms and regulations, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on and complete all government transactions specific to the company.
• Issue and renew licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Monitor and process employee transactions with government authorities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the swift completion of regulatory procedures.
• Stay updated on government regulations and instructions, ensuring their proper application.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in government relations within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in dealing with various government entities and platforms, including:
  • Qouwa
  • Muqeem
  • Absher Business
  • Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
  • General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)
  • Ministry of Commerce
  • Balady
  • Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA)
• Ability to efficiently follow up on and complete all government transactions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be based in Riyadh.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must reside in Riyadh to be considered for this role.
