About the Role

Role Overview

The Production Senior Operator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of production machinery. This includes adhering to strict operational procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct condition monitoring by observing asset status and analyzing real-time data to prioritize maintenance activities, minimize costs, and reduce asset downtime while maintaining optimal asset efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles, including Just in Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and other related tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
