The Role of HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting a broad range of HR operations. The specialist will contribute to attracting top talent, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring efficient day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to job offers and onboarding.
• Publish job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media, including LinkedIn.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, employee requests, letters, and HR administration.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment metrics.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant HR or talent acquisition role. This role is suitable for a hands-on HR professional capable of managing recruitment and supporting HR operations.
