- Review patient files, examine insurance documents, and enhance communication with medical departments to complete any missing information.
- Ensure the entry of insurance claims data into the hospital's electronic systems.
- Follow up on the status of claims and coordinate with insurance companies regarding the submission of claims.
- Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and resolve issues related to claims.
- Implement policies and ensure that medical invoices match insurance coverage conditions.
- Prepare periodic reports and archive insurance documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance or Health Services Administration.
Skills:
- Claims Handling (Advanced).
- Insurance Services (Advanced).
- Management and Organization (Advanced).
- Risk Assessment Preparation (Advanced).
- Document Management (Advanced).
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (Advanced).
