Join our dynamic team as a Leasing Manager in Dammam!
We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our Leasing department, focusing on Mall/Retail properties. Your role will be crucial in setting goals, delegating tasks, and providing support while monitoring performance and resolving tenant conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement follow-up strategies to encourage potential tenants towards closing deals.
  • Negotiate lease and sales terms within established criteria.
  • Provide transaction-related services such as market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, drafting proposals, and calculating commissions in the leasing and sale of buildings.
  • Oversee tenant application preparations and lease documentation.
  • Manage relationships with external brokers.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials for space availabilities and properties for sale.
  • Report to senior personnel on program status, potential deals, and next steps.
  • Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail/malls leasing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the regional real estate market is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
