About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor is a vital role at Americana Restaurants, responsible for managing a team of technicians and external vendors to ensure that our Commissaries, Head, and Regional offices are maintained to the highest global standards. You will be the direct point of contact for the Regional Operation team, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Reactive Complaint / PPM: Manage response times for technicians and external vendors in accordance with Americana Maintenance SLAs and ensure compliance.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Foster excellent customer relationships and manage stakeholder requirements, particularly during restaurant operational hours.
  • Capex and OPEX Management: Oversee the yearly Capex plan and manage the monthly and yearly OPEX budget to prevent overspending.
  • Energy and Sustainability Management: Contribute to achieving energy targets through IoT projects and installations.
  • Team Management: Supervise the technician team and arrange necessary training while ensuring efficient shift and priority planning.
  • Personal Growth: Enhance your skills and efficiency by attending training courses and integrating the latest digital technologies in your work.

Qualifications
  • BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is essential.
  • 5-7 years of experience in restaurant maintenance with strong supervisory skills, particularly in Kitchen Equipment and MEP.
  • Good knowledge of local market regulations and requirements.

Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in using Field Management Systems, MS Office, CAFM Software, and IoT applications.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • A valid KSA driving license is required.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Background in leading teams or mentoring technical staff in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of shutdowns/turnarounds and emergency breakdown response.
  • Familiarity with EHS protocols and risk assessments in an industrial setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
