In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all maintenance activities uphold the highest standards of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and Productivity, thus supporting reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Championing a strong EHS culture by modeling safe behaviors, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to EHS policies.
• Developing, implementing, and sustaining preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance activities with production and other functions to minimize disruption.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the maintenance team for timely and high-quality execution of activities.
• Utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system for effective maintenance planning.
