In this role, you will assist the Marketing & Communication Team in organizing events and securing sponsorships that enhance revenue for our hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain an effective administrative system for sponsorship and event organization.
• Identify and maintain a database of potential sponsors.
• Negotiate with potential sponsors to finalize advantageous arrangements.
• Socialize and meet with sponsors and clients to build relationships.
• Formulate correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure proper branding for sponsors.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets to maximize event coverage.
• Assist in producing promotional materials and host media and clients at events.
• Capture photographs of internal functions and events.

Skills Required:
You should be a graduate in advertising, marketing, or communications, preferably with experience in a similar field. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong business planning and teamwork abilities.

We are looking for a marketer to join our team in the Dammam office. Al-Amarah King Abdulaziz Street. The tasks include communicating with clients, responding to inquiries, and professionally presenting the company's services. The requirements are presentation and persuasion skills, and previous experience in marketing or customer service. Role Overview
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for representing the company's brand as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of sales through successful marketing campaigns and developing a strategy to execute all external communications. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Strong written and oral skills.
• Experienced leader and collaborator
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
