Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role involves overseeing shift management within Amazon's operations network, which includes first-mile fulfillment centers, middle-mile sortation centers, or final-mile delivery stations. The Operations Supervisor is integral to maintaining operational flow and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities within the assigned work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high service standards for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information continuously to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to resolve common issues or needs in key performance areas, such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.
