Production Coordinator

About the Role

Alrashed Industrial is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on supporting daily production operations and ensuring efficient coordination across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and monitor adherence to production plans.
• Track production progress and report any delays or operational issues promptly.
• Liaise with Stores and Purchasing departments to coordinate raw material requirements.
• Maintain accurate records pertaining to production, manpower, and material usage.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor machine downtime, material shortages, and production priorities, taking necessary follow-up actions.
• Ensure all production documentation and system records are accurate and kept up to date.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The Production Coordinator will work as part of the manufacturing team, contributing to the daily operational flow of Alrashed Industrial.
