About the Job
Join Hitachi Energy as a Senior Customer Quality Specialist and play a key role in managing both internal and external customer complaints. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring a seamless resolution process to enhance customer satisfaction. You will conduct systematic root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Your Impact
- Utilize strong GIS product knowledge and expertise in HV Sub-station protection and operations.
- Manage Quality Control/Quality Assurance processes and oversee QMS & internal quality audits.
- Employ quality tools such as RCA, Lean Six Sigma, and SAP QM Module.
- Communicate effectively to ensure the swift execution of corrective actions, minimizing impact on customer operations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through timely updates and audits.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in quality escalation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Proven track record in driving change, influencing continuous improvement, and effective time management.
