• Maintain accurate visitor and client records.
• Provide necessary information to visitors and clients.
• Make internal calls to gather information as needed.
• Arrange interview appointments.
• Record the names of visitors and clients in the designated logs.
• Adhere strictly to procedural guides and organizational policies and procedures.
