We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth within our company and enhance our market presence, particularly in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This vital role requires a candidate with extensive experience in the heavy equipment industry and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and achieve sales targets for the regional parts field.
  • Manage regional parts receivables budget.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve sales and non-financial goals.
  • Maintain and update customer lists, discovering and qualifying new customers.
  • Ensure team members properly utilize company systems and software.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Report on competitive environment in the region and propose effective promotional activities.
  • Control operating costs within the specific region.
  • Provide proactive suggestions for performance improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • 6+ years of proven experience in sales management within heavy equipment and contracting sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills suitable for the contracting industry.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics in heavy equipment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English for effective client interactions.
