About the Role
We are looking for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead and ensure the strategic implementation of the HSE Management System across SKM operations in Dammam and the broader KSA region, ensuring strict compliance with KSA-specific regulations, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture through engagement, risk reduction, and continual improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and reporting.
• Proficiency in HSE Management Reporting and technical communication in HSE.
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigations.
• Assist in safety audits and conduct safety inspections effectively.

Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in HSE roles within a manufacturing environment, preferably in HVAC or industrial sector.
• Experience in assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HSE Management Systems.
• Strong background in KSA-specific HSE regulations and compliance.
