Join Our Team as a Sales Engineer – Fire Rated Doors
REDA Hazard Control is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to promote, specify, and sell certified fire-rated door solutions aimed at industrial sectors including Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical, and Mining projects. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, project coordination, and exceptional client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities for fire-rated doors and related products.
  • Engage effectively with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers to ensure product specifications.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to pinpoint fire door requirements.
  • Propose compliant fire-rated door solutions tailored to project needs and relevant standards.
  • Prepare techno-commercial submittals, quotations, and BOQs.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements, surveys, and project team coordination.
  • Provide technical support throughout project execution and installation.
  • Work closely with production, supply chain, and installation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain follow-ups on approvals, material submissions, and client feedback.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project invoicing and receivables.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of sales or technical sales experience, particularly with fire-rated doors or building materials.
  • Solid understanding of fire door standards and certifications: UL, BS 476, EN 1634, NFPA, or local authority requirements.
  • Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and door schedules.
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and end users.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
  • Valid driving license preferred, if applicable.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Product Knowledge:
  • Expertise in fire-rated doors, including hollow metal, ballistic resistant, blast resistant, and bullet proof varieties.
  • Familiarity with fire ratings (30 / 60 / 90 / 120 minutes) and door components including fire-rated hardware, vision panels, louvers, seals, and ironmongery.

About the Role

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Strong experience in handling commercial negotiations and contractual terms.
  • In-depth product knowledge of Chillers (Centrifugal & Air-Cooled) and Airside products; solid VRV/VRF experience is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Aramco and SABIC specifications and product approval processes.
  • Strong customer, account, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive results.
