We are seeking a skilled Senior Cost Control Engineer to manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze cost variances to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project budgets in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor project expenditures and conduct regular cost analysis.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Identify cost-related risks and opportunities.
- Establish and enforce cost control policies.
- Coordinate with project teams to align cost control activities.
- Implement cost tracking systems for accurate financial reporting.
- Mentor junior staff to enhance team effectiveness.
Experience & Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cost management and estimating processes.
- Proficiency with cost estimating software (CCS preferred).
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
- Minimum 8 years professional experience with at least 5 years in cost control.
- GCC experience is advantageous.
