Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new corporate clients and the cultivation of long-term relationships. This position involves understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions in a professional manner that enhances the EZOrderKSA brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with prospective corporate clients and organizations.
• Understand specific client business needs and propose customized solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets established by management.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and tailored business proposals.
• Negotiate contract terms and successfully close deals.
• Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and facilitate contract renewals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact through deal closure and ongoing client engagement.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records within the CRM system.
• Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports for sales management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to understand business-sector needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and delivery/implementation, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Attend trade shows and business events to expand the client network.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a sales or client-facing capacity. This foundational experience will support the responsibilities of acquiring corporate clients and managing sales cycles effectively.
