This full-time, hybrid position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region, offering a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential customers, cultivate strong client relationships, and effectively promote WheeKeep’s storage solutions to a diverse client base.

Role Purpose and Daily Activities

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective clients and managing existing accounts. Day-to-day tasks involve developing strategic sales approaches, striving to meet established sales targets, conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, and maintaining robust relationships with clients. This role is central to expanding WheeKeep's market presence in the Makkah region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Present, promote, and sell WheeKeep’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Understand specific customer needs and provide tailored storage solutions accordingly.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience from initial contact through service delivery.
