As a Sales Specialist, you play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through professional product consultations and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in the showroom and respond to sales inquiries via phone and email.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate industrial equipment solutions.
  • Prepare and manage sales quotations and orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.
  • Collaborate with field sales and service teams for equipment demonstrations.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in industrial tools or products, preferably showroom-based.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Good technical knowledge of industrial equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or CRM experience is a plus.
