Position Summary: The Van Sales Supervisor will manage the sales team, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure outstanding performance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market visits to monitor sales performance and identify new opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for stock levels and timely deliveries.
- Assist the team in client negotiations and issue resolution.
- Train new representatives to enhance their product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
