Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving Materials: Accept incoming materials from suppliers or internal departments, ensuring quantities and specifications match purchase orders and invoices. Report any damage or shortages promptly.
  • Storage and Organization: Arrange materials in designated storage locations according to established classification and coding systems. Apply appropriate storage principles (such as FIFO/FEFO) depending on the nature of the materials and maintain a clean and safe storage environment.
  • Material Distribution: Dispense materials based on approved requests from relevant departments. Document dispensing actions electronically or on paper to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Inventory and Monitoring: Participate in periodic and surprise inventory counts. Reconcile actual balances with system records and prepare reports on discrepancies. Monitor reorder levels and notify purchasing when stock is low.
  • Safety and Order: Implement safety procedures within the warehouse (personal protective equipment, safe storage of hazardous materials). Adhere to quality and cleanliness policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on material flow and available inventory. Report immediately on any anomalies, damage, or loss of materials.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in industrial or manufacturing warehousing.
  • Skills: Proficient in using warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS). High accuracy in data entry and work organization. Knowledge of modern storage methods and safety procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills with other departments.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical tools, instruments, and consumables used in testing and commissioning works.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software (SAP etc...).
  • Good understanding of ISO and safety procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
