Key Responsibilities:

• Track and respond to customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) efficiently.
• Secure order bookings by following up on proposals and negotiations.

• Collaborate with Estimation Engineers to prepare and submit timely, competitive quotations.
• Prepare comprehensive offers in standardized formats.
• Lead negotiation meetings, technical evaluations, and clarification discussions.
• Analyze competitor activities and provide monthly market insights.
• Maintain customer and project profiles, recommending sales strategies to management.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports to leadership.
• Achieve sales and profit targets in alignment with company objectives.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with major clients, consultants, and engineering firms.
• Organize technical seminars and meetings to enhance Eaton’s market presence.
• Explore strategic partnerships and alliances for sustainable business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 23 years in technical sales, customer service, or engineering support (preferably in LV/MV switchgear, MCC, or power distribution systems).
• Familiarity with IEC, ANSI/NEMA standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project.
• Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to close deals, handle objections, and present solutions effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage client relationships.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools for sales tracking.
• Knowledge of Eaton’s product portfolio or similar industrial solutions.
• Previous experience in B2B sales within the Gulf/Middle East market.
