Position Title: Warehouse / Logistic Manager

Location: Al Manhal Water Factory - Dammam

Main Purpose of Job:
To ensure the management of NW operations related to warehouses and distribution centers, optimizing service levels, reducing costs, and ensuring high quality. This role includes overseeing product movement between NW and relevant sites, optimizing the logistics network in KSA to minimize fixed overhead and distribution costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Nestlé Health, Safety and Environmental standards in warehouses and distribution environments daily. Report incidents and improvement plans.
  • Improve performance and KPIs by continuously monitoring warehouse operations to reduce costs and enhance quality control.
  • Manage logistics operations with warehouses, factories, and distribution centers, ensuring end-to-end functioning.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with Planning, Sales, Transport, and other departments.
  • Assist in Value Stream Design to help identify areas of improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient location and transport of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Develop team alignment with business objectives to address competency gaps.

Key Experiences:
  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience in Warehouse Management, Transportation or Physical Logistics Projects.
  • Experience with SAP and familiarity with Import/Export operations is beneficial.
  • Project management experience in Distribution Network Redesign, High Performance Logistics, and Cost Reduction.
  • Experience implementing NCE and Goal Alignment concepts is desirable.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident logs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports for management. Ensure all legal documentation and permits are up to date.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Organize and participate in emergency drills (fire, evacuation, spill response). Ensure firefighting equipment, emergency exits, and alarms are functional. Support emergency response planning and readiness.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and employees to ensure safe operations. Participate in safety meetings and audits. Ensure contractors comply with site safety rules and permit-to-work systems.
  • Safety Improvements: Recommend improvements in safety systems, processes, and equipment. Support the implementation of new safety programs and procedures. Promote continuous improvement in safety culture.

Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
  • NEBOSH/OSHA certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in safety management within industrial or construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
