We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your role will be crucial in supporting drilling, production, and maintenance activities through effective inventory management and governance.

Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage the receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Governance & Compliance: Enforce adherence to governance policies and standard operating procedures.
  • HSE & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE policies and conduct safety training for staff.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for material planning.
  • People Management: Supervise warehouse staff and conduct training on compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of inventory/warehouse management experience in the oil & gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, compliance frameworks, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
