Windows OS System Administrator (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Windows OS System Administrator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and requires 2-5 years of experience. The role involves providing 24/7 support for the enterprise server environment, focusing on Windows server systems and Windows Clusters.

Key Responsibilities

The System Administrator will be responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of Windows server infrastructure, ensuring stability and compliance with security best practices.

• Install, configure, manage, operate, and maintain Windows Server systems and Windows Clusters (*, Server 2012, 2016).
• Provide daily operational support, including OS installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, virus protection, and resource management.
• Oversee Windows File shares and clusters.
• Support SAP, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA environments running on the Windows platform.
• Review system logs and OS behavior to proactively monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Manage and maintain client agents for server monitoring (SCOM) and server management (SCCM).
• Offer guidance for automation processes within the Microsoft Orchestrator environment.
• Develop and maintain technical, detailed design, and operational documentation.
• Create, manage, and delete user/group accounts, and enforce account policies.
• Raise and oversee support tickets with Microsoft, including troubleshooting, log collection, and follow-up activities.

Strategic Management and Compliance

This role ensures that all Windows systems are managed in accordance with vendor guidelines and security best practices, while also maintaining compliance with NCA, NIC, and SEC Cybersecurity regulations.

Collaboration and Relationship Management

The System Administrator will collaborate closely with ERP, application, database, and web hosting teams to address daily support and break/fix issues, as well as manage scheduled maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Windows server system administration.
• Proven ability to install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows server systems and clusters.
• Experience with daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a Windows environment.
• Proficiency in creating and managing user/group accounts and policies.
• Demonstrated responsibility for overseeing the full lifecycle of vendor support tickets with Microsoft.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring round-the-clock support to ensure continuous operation of the enterprise server environment.
