Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and distribute up-to-date documentation related to the organization, ensuring timely revisions.
  • Assist personnel with documentation related to day-to-day activities, including minutes of meetings and various reports.
  • Utilize database management systems like SAP to maintain organizational records.
  • Collect data and maintain activity reports, tracking employee attendance and preparing daily timesheets.
  • Respond to queries and assist in correspondence, routing and preparing mail as directed.
  • Coordinate with departments for procurement of office supplies and maintain office equipment.
  • Encourage adherence to safety regulations and participate in safety audits.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance or 3 years with a diploma.
