As the Food & Beverage Manager, reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a vital role in ensuring the excellence of our F&B operations while fostering an environment of outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring high service standards.
  • Manage coordination between kitchen, service, and support departments.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize profitability and enhance guest experience.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, conducting training and development programs.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and control costs effectively.
  • Champion sustainable and innovative practices that align with our environmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in F&B management in luxury settings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience in budget management and operational excellence.
