At Nice One, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused salesperson to enhance our retail team. As the largest makeup E-commerce in the Middle East, located in Saudi Arabia, our mission is to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain product knowledge and manage sales transactions accurately.
- Support store merchandising and organization.
- Participate in training and team meetings for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
- Team player with attention to detail and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.
