We are inviting applications for a highly experienced and visionary leader to manage security operations for our luxury properties in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This key role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and assets across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for all properties.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and create strategies to address potential security threats.
  • Oversee management and training of security personnel.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement to comply with security regulations.
  • Manage security budgets and resources effectively across the cluster.
  • Implement advanced security technologies and surveillance systems.
  • Lead crisis management and coordinate emergency response.
  • Provide regular briefings and reports to senior management.
  • Align security measures with Raffles & Fairmont luxury standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
  • Advanced certifications such as CPP or PSP.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in security management.
  • Proven track record in luxury hospitality security operations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable.

Additional Information:
  • Experience in project coordination and pre-opening stages is essential.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to relocate to Umluj and adapt to local culture.
