Introduction to the Job:
A leading wood manufacturing company is looking for an Operations Manager for its office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will have the opportunity to oversee daily production operations and enhance performance in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising daily manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborating with the technical office to translate project designs into accurate production plans.
  • Monitoring employee performance and overall production.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing and tracking ongoing projects from design approval to delivery and installation.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Preparing proposals and reviewing documents related to tenders and participating in negotiations as needed.
  • Preparing and presenting a performance report for management review.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, or business administration.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in an assembly plant or wood processing factory.
  • Proven track record in production management and delivering projects on time.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, machinery, and carpentry processes.
  • Knowledge of woodworking is essential.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
