The main responsibility is to assist customers in choosing glasses and eye care products, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a distinctive customer experience inside the store. Main tasks: 1. Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the right products. 2. Achieving the specified sales targets for the branch. 3. Organizing and arranging products within the store and maintaining the overall appearance. Required qualifications: 1. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers. 2. Working days: 6 days a week, 8 hours of work, including an hour break. 3. Flexibility to work in changing shift patterns (only one shift but can be changed as needed). 4. Available shifts (Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM). 5. Enthusiasm and desire for professional development and growth. Benefits: 1. Fixed salary + commissions on sales upon achieving the target. 2. Medical insurance. 3.   • Proficiency in English; Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in pre-opening environments is a plus.
