Najd Company, a leader in the contracting field, is looking for a talented secretary to support the manager and the administrative body. You will have a key role in office activities and project coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Writing documents and managing phone calls and visitors.
  • Taking notes, typing, and reviewing reports and meeting minutes.
  • Receiving calls from employees and clients and directing them.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating the schedule of meetings.
  • Creating filing and record-keeping systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, or Executive Secretarial studies.
  • At least one year of experience.
  • Ability to use document management software and email.
  • Advanced skills in both Arabic and English. Knowledge of French and Urdu is considered an additional advantage.
