Role Overview

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of specialty coffee and beverage items. This role is integral to maintaining Absolute Coffee's high standards for product quality and consistency. You will contribute to the overall positive experience of patrons by ensuring every drink is prepared meticulously, from espresso-based beverages to brewed coffee and seasonal specials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverage items, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and seasonal offerings, adhering to established standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to preparation techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements
