We will offer you an exciting job opportunity where you will be responsible for following up and implementing the administrative decisions issued by the direct manager, in addition to organizing mail and daily appointments. You will contribute to the completion of administrative tasks related to workflow and coordinating and organizing meetings for the direct manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the administrative instructions issued by the direct manager
  • Open and sort physical mail and distribute it to the concerned parties and respond to emails
  • Complete printing tasks and organize files
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct manager and take notes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial
  • One year of practical experience
  • Advanced level in Arabic, English, French, Spanish, and Filipino languages
  • Advanced customer service and email management skills

For the job in the city of Jizan. A salary starting from 4000 Saudi Riyals is expected.
