About the Role

Scan Tool Line is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This full-time role is essential for managing our digital presence, executing advertising campaigns, and fostering professional communication with clients across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in campaign management, social media engagement, and client interaction, contributing directly to our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts, including organizing content, messages, and comments.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into concrete sales opportunities.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns, and monitor their performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective customer follow-up and prevent lost opportunities.
  • Organize and update customer data within the CRM system.
  • Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, inquiry volume, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by improving communication methods and standard responses.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing and social media account management.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in managing advertising campaigns and analyzing their results.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business and customer/message management tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic.
  • Ability to interact with customers professionally and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and design software like Canva is considered a plus.
  • Commitment, responsiveness, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Performance Indicators for This Role

  • Speed of response to customer inquiries.
  • Number of potential customers successfully followed up.
  • Conversion rate of inquiries to sales.
  • Performance of advertising campaigns and customer acquisition cost.
  • Quality of customer data organization and follow-up reports.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Region. We are exclusively seeking applications from Saudi nationals for this role.
