Digital marketing and a platform for Fantastic Event Company, specializing in organizing events and exhibitions, is looking for an ambitious employee with experience in business development and digital marketing, with the ability to deal with tender platforms such as SAP Ariba and supplier registration platforms.

Job Duties:

* Managing the company's account on SAP Ariba and other supplier platforms.
* Following up on opportunities and tenders and submitting offers within the specified deadlines.
* Registering and updating company data on various client platforms.
* Searching for new job opportunities and partnerships and communicating with companies and government and private entities.
* Managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
* Preparing and implementing the content and publishing plan continuously.
* Managing digital advertising campaigns and analyzing their results.
* Responding to customer inquiries and converting opportunities to the sales team.
* Preparing presentations and marketing materials in coordination with the team.
* Following up on the customer database and building long-term professional relationships.

Requirements:

* At least two years of experience in a similar field.
* Practical experience in using SAP Ariba or electronic tender platforms.
* Experience in digital marketing and managing social media accounts.
* Proficiency in the English language, spoken and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* High communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience in event organizing companies, marketing, contracting, or services is preferred.
