Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and selling the company's real estate units (apartments, villas, off-plan projects).
  • Receiving clients (in-person / phone / WhatsApp) and responding to their inquiries.
  • Explaining project details (location, prices, areas, payment systems).
  • Following up with potential clients (Leads) and converting them into successful deals.
  • Organizing field visits to projects with clients.
  • Negotiating with clients and closing deals.
  • Entering and updating client data in the system (CRM).
  • Achieving the monthly and annual sales target.
  • Following up on sales procedures until signing and delivery.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to improve campaigns and attract clients.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field).
    • Sales experience (preferably real estate sales).
    • High communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
    • Knowledge of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia (an added advantage).
    • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
